Glines Ready to Vomit

Chairud Vangchailued
Chairud Vangchailued
Oh my. We feel Shawn Glines' pain. Really we do. He got his chips in about as good as you can get them in and got outdrawn on the river.

Preflop action was opened by Matt Livingston for 26,000. Steve Banner and one other player called that raise before Glines raised the button to 105,000. Zach Gilbert moved all in from the small blind for 105,000 and then Chairud Vangchailued moved all in from the big blind for 225,000!

Livingston, Banner and the other caller folded, but Glines quickly called Vangcahilued's all in and found himself in great shape:

Glines: {A-Diamonds} {A-Hearts}
Gilbert: {Q-?} {Q-?}
Vangchailued: {A-Spades} {Q-Spades}

Glines was in great shape to increase his count by more than 450,000 chips, but saw the sickest flop he could see: {9-Hearts} {K-Spades} {6-Spades}. Glines needed to fade a spade on two consecutive streets. He did it when the turn fell {4-Diamonds}, but the {4-Spades} was a disaster card for Glines and a miracle card for Vangchailued.

Vangchailued collected the side pot and the main pot to rocket all the way up to almost 700,000. Glines is now hurting with about 150,000. Gilbert is out.
