Cowley on the Moo-ve

Steven Cowley and Jameson Painter got involved when Marc Naalden raised and Steven Cowley reraised from the cutoff. Over to Painter in the small blind who four-bet, Naalden folded and they saw a flop.

Painter bet out on the {3-Diamonds} {6-Clubs} {6-Spades} flop and again on the {7-Diamonds} turn, but just check-called on the {9-Diamonds} river. Cowley turned over pocket {J-Spades} {J-Hearts} to put him up to 345,000; Painter mucked and is down to 142,000.

Hang Tough

Hangin' in there
Hangin' in there
Tommy Hang got a few of his chips back after his pocket {6-Spades} {6-Diamonds} stayed good on an {8-Hearts} {Q-Spades} {K-Spades} {A-Clubs} {5-Clubs} board. Marc Naalden turned over {10-Spades} {5-Spades} for a flush draw that had made a smaller pair than Hang's on the river.

Second Blood Too

Once again Marc Naalden raised, but this time Tommy Hang reraised from the cutoff. Naalden called.

Flop: {K-Spades} {2-Clubs} {5-Clubs}

Naalden checked, and then raised a bet from Hang. Call. Hang just check-called the {J-Spades} turn and also the {3-Spades} river -- and then mucked when Naalden turned over {A-Clubs} {4-Diamonds} for a straight.

Hang down to 115,000.

Pumpkin! Pumpkin!

Jameson Painter's three incredibly dedicated friends from last night are back today to rail him -- and today they've made a banner!

Bless their hearts, they've constructed a sign with the legend "PUMPKIN PATCH" on it and a little picture of Mr Painter; they're waving it around and politely calling out, "Pumpkin!" at every available opportunity. Totally heartwarming.
