Ralph Perry Eliminated in 14th Place ($24,448)

Ralph Perry - 14th Place
Ralph Perry - 14th Place
It's a story over multiple hands, but Ralph Perry has been eliminated. First, sitting with the button, he called a preflop pot raise to 35,000 made by Jeppe Nielsen. On a flop of {Q-Spades} {J-Clubs} {10-Hearts}, Nielsen bet 50,000 -- Perry's remaining stack. Perry folded.

A few hands later, Isaac Baron limped into the pot in front of Perry. Perry raised pot to 45,000 and was called by Cliff Josephy and by Baron. On a flop of {7-Diamonds} {6-Diamonds} {5-Clubs}, Baron bet 116,00 and folded both other players.

Perry was left with just 5,000 chips. He managed to double up from the big blind in a blind-on-blind battle, but lost the next hand from the small blind to Cliff Josephy. Josephy's {K-Clubs} {Q-Hearts} {10-Hearts} {3-Spades} was better than Perry's {K-Diamonds} {4-Spades} {4-Diamonds} {3-Diamonds}, making two pair, kings and tens, on a board of {K-Spades} {6-Clubs} {6-Diamonds} {8-Hearts} {10-Spades}.

Perry walks away with $24,448.
