Overnight chip leader Andy Seth had dropped below 1.2 million, largely as a result of a curious hand which he laid down to a 175,000 bet from Alan Jaffray on the turn of a {5-Diamonds} {K-Clubs} {A-Clubs} {10-Spades} board. He then raised his button next hand and got the blinds, but when he raised his cutoff the hand after that, Ali Davoudi shoved from the big blind for 292,000. Seth passed with a sigh.
