So much for Mike "the Mouth" Matusow's comeback. After tripling up a few moments ago, he's out of the tournament. He raised to 30,000 from the small blind after Michael Binger opened for 7,500 and was called by Tim Phan. Binger's response to Matusow's reraise was to move all in for 65,000. Phan folded; Matusow called all in for 55,000 total.
Matusow drew first and stood pat. That action prompted a tank from Binger before he too rapped pat. Matusow's hand was 10-8, which was no good against Binger's 9-7-5-4-2. With that pot Binger climbed to 150,000 and Matusow left the Amazon Room.
