Phil Ivey's still running good after his $2,500 Deuce-to-Seven Draw victory a week ago. He opened to 1,500 from middle position and was called in three spots. David Grey, Doyle Brunson, and Johnny Chan each drew one card Ivey drew two.
After the draw, all players checked to Chan, who bet 4,000. Grey and Ivey both called. Chan showed down 9-8-6-4-2. It was a hand that was better than Grey's but worse than Ivey's 9-8-4-3-2. Ivey collected a pot worth roughly 19,000 chips.
