Hansen Hanging Around, But Costing Seif Money

Although he has yet to play any events thus far, Gus Hansen has been hanging around the tournament area saying hello to some of his friends and fellow professionals. When he went over to Gavin Smith's table, Smith informed Hansen that Mark Seif was steaming at him.

"What for?" asked Gus.

"Seif bet twenty grand on you, Tom Dwan, and Patrik against Daniel Negreanu." responded Gavin.

Gus laughed and said, "That was a dumb bet, I'm probably only going to play one event, if that."

"I know." Smith confirmed. "And I don't know if Tom and Patrik are going to play any either."
