Annie Duke opened with an under-the-gun raise. The action passed all the way around the table to the big blind, where Cong Do studied his cards for a good long while. Finally, after about 30-45 seconds, he shrugged his shoulders and put the rest of his chips into the pot, not able to raise the full amount. Duke matched the extra few chips to put Do at risk of elimination.
