Wild de Wolfe

Roland de Wolfe
Roland de Wolfe
Roland de Wolfe was just involved in three big hands in quick succession, the last of which resulted in the elimination of Michael Schneider in 35th place.

First de Wolfe doubled through Shawn Glines when his pocket nines outraced Glines' {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. Glines now has about 400,000.

Then de Wolfe was the one providing a double up to Gary Holm. Holm got it all in preflop with {Q-Diamonds}{J-Spades} against de Wolfe's {K-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}. A queen flopped, and another came on the river as well. Holm is up to 270,000.

Finally, de Wolfe was in the cutoff when he called Michael Schneider's all in from UTG for 54,500. Schneider had {A-Diamonds}{3-Spades}, and de Wolfe {A-Clubs}{J-Spades}. The board came {7-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}, and Schneider hit the rail, netting $11,886.

After all of that, de Wolfe now has 340,000.
