A few hands later, Singer was in middle position when the flop came down {7-Diamonds}

. The big blind checked, the UTG player bet 350, and both Singer and the big blind called. The turn was the {2-Diamonds}

and the action was checked around. The river was the {5-Hearts}

. Both players checked to Singer, who bet 1,600. The big blind folded and the UTG player called.

Singer showed {A-Clubs}

and raked in the 5,000 chip pot. He's now up to 28,000 as we approach the first break.
