The third of four opening sessions begins at noon at the Rio, as action begins again in Event 54, the $10,000 No-Limit Hold'em World Championship. Each of the first two days' play have seen the starting fields trimmed roughly by half, and with five more two-hour sessions in store for today's 1c starters, the same ratio should occur. What isn't known, is how much larger the Day 1c and 1d sessions will be compared to the 2,400+ who showed up for the combined first two days.
As always, PokerNews will be here with extensive coverage from the floor of the Amazon Room.
