Lying in Wait?

After Craig Marquis raised to 280,000 Ylon Schwartz called and Tiffany Michelle made it 900,000 to go from the button. Marquis folded but Schwartz again called.

The flop came {Q-Clubs} {8-Clubs} {2-Clubs} and Schwartz moved all in. He had Tiffany covered and she gave up her hand. Ylon is now up to 9.4 million while Michelle is down to 4.6 million.

Dennis Phillips

Jason Riesenberg opened with a raise from under the gun to 275,000. David Rheem called on the button, as did Dennis Phillips in the big blind.

The flop came {K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{10-Spades} and the action checked to Rheem, who fired 400,000. Phillips then made a check-raise to 1 million. Both opponents folded and Phillips takes down another pot to extend his chip lead as his stack balloons over the 15 million mark.

The Running of the...Well, Not the Bulls

Release the Hounds!
Release the Hounds!
Every time the crowd re-enters the Amazon Room after a break it's Off to the Races! The floorpersons and security standing by the entrance open the doors and the first few dozen people break into a gallop as soon as they're over the threshold. "No running. NO RUNNING!" you hear over the public address system as everyone flashes back to lunchtime in junior high. Hey, those seats at the Milwaukee's Best Light lounge are at a premium. No time to dawdle.

Slow-Roll Joe

Slow-roll Joe
Slow-roll Joe
"C'mon man, you're late!" joked a dealer as Joe Bishop made his way back to the featured table in the middle of the first hand.

"Well, I'm slow!" laughed Bishop, who made what will be sure to be an infamous slow-roll during Niklas Flisberg's elimination hand.
