150 Hands Later

After 150 hands at today's final table, we're not much closer to determining a winner in this event. The players are clearly feeling the pressure of what's on the line, and none of them seems willing to try to press the advantage by becoming more aggressive against the other three. Since it will be a while before the blinds start to play a significant role in the tournament, we could be here a while.

Hand #150 - Devin Porter

Devin Porter has the button in Seat 1. After Nathan Templeton folds, Porter raises to 65,000, folding John Conkright. When action gets to Rep Porter in the big blind, he reraises to 135,000. Devin then announces a reraise to 425,000. From media row, we can see the wheels turning in Rep's mind as he goes into the tank. He's in there for a solid two minutes before folding.

Hand #149 - John Conkright

Nathan Templeton has the button in seat 6. Rep Porter is first to act and he raises to 65,000. John Conkright announces a reraise and then pushes out 175,000 total. Porter folds and John Conkright wins the pot.

Hand #148 - Devin Porter

Rep Porter has the button in Seat 3. John Conkright makes it 65,000 to go, folding Porter. After Nathan Templeton folds, Devin Porter reraises to 190,000. Conkright quickly folds.

Hand #145 - Devin Porter

Nathan Templeton has the button in seat 6 and he raises to 65,000. Devin Porter announces a reraise to 185,000 from the small blind. Templeton contemplates briefly, then opts to fold. Devin Porter wins the pot.
