The flop came , Williams and Gould checked, and they checked the turn of . Williams bet 30,000 when the hit on the river and Gould folded, and that jack spelled the end of Aguiar's day as Williams turned over to Aguiar's . Jonathan Aguiar finishes in sixth place and wins $130,234.
That is, until the fell on the turn, leaving Aguiar drawing dead. The meaningless on the river meant nothing and Gould doubled up to around 1.2 million. Losing that hand crippled Aguiar and left hime with around 150,000.
The first half, supporters of Jaffray, definitely wanted a third club to fall on the board. The other half, without a doubt, were calling for any non-paint red card. Were these haters of Jaffray? Most likely not, as most here seem anxious for a bust-out.
Play here has certainly not been fast nor furious, so it's understandable that the crowd wants someone to be eliminated. At this point, most of them will settle for anyone.
When the fell on the river, half the room cheered while everyone else sighed heavily. It's going to be awhile.
