Hand #77: John Conroy

J.C. Tran had the button. John Conroy raised to 155,000 from the cutoff, and Peter Nguyen called from the small blind. Rasmus Nielsen folded from the big blind, and we were heads up to the flop.

The flop came {7-Clubs}{A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}. Nguyen checked, and Conroy quickly moved all in.

For the second straight hand, Conroy was putting Nguyen to the test. This time Conroy had Nguyen covered. Nguyen had 510,000 left.

Again, Nguyen took about three minutes, and again Nguyen folded.

Hand #76: John Conroy

It folded to John Conroy, who raised to 155,000 from the button. J.C. Tran folded from the small blind, and Peter Nguyen, in the big blind, asked for a count of Conroy's chips. After the raise, Conroy had 535,000 behind. Nguyen made the call.

The flop came {2-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}. Nguyen bet 175,000, Conroy quickly moved all in. It would be 360,000 for Nguyen to call.

Nguyen stood up and leaned over his chips. He had just 670,000 left, so to call and lose this hand wouldn't leave him much with which to continue.

Finally, after three minutes, Nguyen folded.

Hand #73: Peter Nguyen

J.C. Tran raised to 130,000 from cutoff, and Nguyen reraised all in for 785,000 from the button. It folded back around to Tran, who went into the tank.

Nguyen sat with his right hand shading his face from Tran. After a couple of minutes, Tran let it go. Nguyen showed Big Slick as he dragged the chips.

Hand #72: Peter Nguyen

J.C. Tran had the button. It folded to Peter Nguyen who completed from the small blind, and Rasmus Nielsen checked behind.

The pair checked down the {Q-Spades}{K-Spades}{4-Clubs}{K-Clubs}{8-Clubs} board. Nguyen showed {A-Hearts}{5-Hearts} for ace-high, good enough to take it.
