David Singer battled his way through eight-and-a-half levels of play today, but in the end that wasn't enough to save him. He got the last of his chips in with a draw to "number one," holding 6-5-3-2. His opponent drew one on the river and made a jack, a very beatable hand. Singer couldn't draw to his hand, however, pairing sixes. He has left the Amazon Room and the tournament.
