No Comeback for Thompson

A few minutes ago, Frank Thompson lost a big pot and was crippled down to just 300 chips, less than an ante. On the next hand, he quintupled up to 1,500, then tripled up to 4,500, and then doubled up once more to 9,000. It was the start of a massive comeback.

Unfortunately, Thompson was just eliminated in a three-way pot with Hasan Habib and Kirill Gerasimov. Habib made trip kings to steal the high pot. Thompson held {A-?}
