Bob Lauria is in love with the tournament so far and having a great time. He has mentioned a few times that he is very excited to be here and free-rolling all the way on this one.
Out of the final three players, Chris Ferguson has the most experience and also the most chips. He is surely using both of these facets to his advantage, as he's taken the past six or seven pots by either raising the bring-in or reraising someone that completes the bet on third. Ferguson is looking to capture his sixth bracelet in this Stud Hi-Lo World Championship event.
The young German, Sebastian Ruthenberg has played a solid game from day one. Actually, he's played solid since day one of the six-handed event in which he also cashed. Since then, Ruthenberg's A-game has been on with his eyes set on one thing... the gold bracelet. Sebastian has a big fan base on the rail sporting German flags and soccer jerseys.

Marcel Luske was all in for his seventh time today. This time, he was at risk against Bob Lauria. The players got all the money in on sixth street.

After the last card was dealt to each player face down, Lauria emphatically slammed over the , proclaiming, "Pair of sevens!" He then asked Luske if he could sweat it with him, but Luske declined.
Luske took his time to peel back his final card and when revealed, the wouldn't do it for him. Lauria scooped the pot and sent Luske to the rail. A gentleman as always, Luske parted with a handshake, his farewells, and congratulations to each player remaining.

Chris Ferguson brings it in, Bob Lauria calls, as does Marcel Luske. Lauria ends up ducking out on fifth street when Luske moves all in for his last 49,000. Ferguson calls, and the two men go heads up to the showdown:

Luske was drawing to his low when the money went in, and he spiked his unbeatable seven-five on sixth street. Ferguson was still ahead for the high, and Marcel stood up to sweat his last card. He pinched it for thirty seconds or so before he flipped it and reacted to the good news. His seventh street made him a pair of aces to take the high side, and he scoops up both pots to more than double up. He now has right around 200,000.
