Hack-a-Shak Doesn't Work

On a flop of {K-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}, Tom Dwan made a pot-sized bet. Dan Shak then asked the dealer what the size of the pot was. Before the dealer could respond, Dwan quickly pushed a stack of chips in the middle. Not clear whether he was responding to an imagined pot-sized bet by Shak, or perhaps just signalling his intention to go all the way with his hand.

In any event Shak ended up putting the rest of his chips in, and the pair showed their hands:

Dwan {7-Spades}{10-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Shak {K-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds}

Dwan had a set of tens, and Shak a flush draw and inside straight draw. The turn was the {6-Clubs}, and Dwan was still ahead. The river brought the {Q-Spades}, giving Shak Broadway.

Shak is up to 135,000, and Dwan down to 155,000.
