Katz Calls Lacay's Bluff

Max Katz has just secured himself a spot in the round of 64 after besting heads-up opponent Ludovic Lacay.

Katz led out with a 2,000 bet on a {7-?} {7-?} {3-?} flop and was called by Lacay.

The turn brought a five, and Katz check-called a 5,500 bet from Lacay (Katz told one of our reporters that he put Lacay on a flush draw at this point).

The river was an offsuit four and Katz once again passed the first action to Lacay who moved all in for 20,000 holding nothing but K-J. Katz sniffed out the bluff and was able to make the call with A-9 high, earning himself a spot in the round of 64.
