Hand #54 - Jonathan Jaffe

Jonathan Jaffe has the button and makes it 45,000 to go. Kenny Tran makes the call and we see a flop of {8-Hearts} {Q-Hearts} {10-Spades}.

Tran checks to Jaffe who bets 65,000. Kenny then check-raises, making it a total of 190,000 to go. Jaffe makes the call, prompting the dealer to burn and turn the {9-Clubs}.

Both players check and 5th street brings the {J-Spades} putting a straight on the board. Tran checks, sending the action over to Jaffe who moves all in. Kenny thinks for a few moments before eventually tossing his cards in the muck.

As Jaffe raked in the pot, he accidentally exposed a king, which would've made him a king-high straight.

Hand #51 - Kenny Tran

Kenny Tran has the button. He opens the pot for 48,000. Jaffe comes over the top and makes it 150,000 straight. Tran is in the tank again, as he has been several times during this match. Ultimately, he elects to call.

The flop is a big one: {A-Clubs} {Q-Spades} {Q-Diamonds}. Jaffe is first to act. He sits motionless in his chair for about 15 seconds before reaching for chips. He makes it 125,000 to go, about 40% of the pot. Tran takes his time before making a big raise to 450,000. The two players are staring each other down like some sort of gunfight in the Old West. Jaffe releases his hand, and Tran shows a big bluff: {7-?} {5-?}.

Hand #50 - Jonathan Jaffe

Jonathan Jaffe has the button and makes it 48,000 to go. Kenny Tran makes a quick call and we see a flop of {9-Spades} {4-Hearts} {4-Spades}.

Tran passes the first option to Jaffe who bets 60,000. Tran makes another quick call, prompting the dealer to burn and turn 4th street which is the {5-Diamonds}. Both players check and the last card off the deck is the {7-Clubs}.

Once more, both players check and Jaffe shows {K-?} {Q-?}-high which is good enough to take down the pot. Tran showed {K-?} {J-?}-high before mucking his hand.

Hand #49 - Jonathan Jaffe

Kenny Tran has the button. Tran completes the small blind again, as he has done several times. This time, Jaffe raises an additional 35,000 to 51,000. Tran calls. On a flop of {8-Clubs} {2-Spades} {2-Diamonds}, Jaffe bets 75,000. Tran wants nothing further to do with the hand and folds.

Hand #47 - Kenny Tran

Kenny Tran has the button. He completes the small blind. Jonathan Jaffe checks behind.

The flop is a highly coordinated {6-Spades} {7-Clubs} {10-Clubs}. Jaffe checks it to Tran, who bets 25,000. Jaffe quickly raises to 50,000. Tran makes the call.

On the turn {Q-Diamonds}, Jaffe fires a bet of 63,000 into the pot. Tran slows down to think through his decision before raising to 213,000. Jaffe lets out a deep breath as he counts down his stack, then lays down his hand. Tran wins the pot.
