Hand #73 - Alec Torelli

Kenny Tran has the button. He raises to 90,000. Alec Torelli calls out of the big blind.

The flop comes {10-Spades} {4-Diamonds} {J-Clubs}. Torelli checks to Tran, who fires off a 130,000-chip bullet. Torelli thinks for about 20 seconds before raising to 410,000. Tran leans back in his chair a bit, staring down the table at Torelli and trying to pick up some information to help him with his decision. He picks up his cards, holds them out in front of him, squeezes them for a moment longer, then mucks.

That's the last hand of the level. Tran's prediction did not come to pass.

Four-minute Break

The tournament clock has been paused while the players take a quick four-minute break.

Normally, this post-level break would only last two minutes, however, we've been told that tournament director and emcee Robbie Thompson needs a couple of extra minutes to take care of some 'business.'

Play will resume momentarily.
