Alec Torelli - 1,803,000
2008 World Series of Poker
Event 25 - $10,000 Heads Up No-Limit Hold'em World Championship
Day: 3
Alec Torelli - 1,803,000
Kenny checks and Alec fires a quick continuation bet that causes Kenny to fold.
The flop comes . Torelli checks to Tran, who fires off a 130,000-chip bullet. Torelli thinks for about 20 seconds before raising to 410,000. Tran leans back in his chair a bit, staring down the table at Torelli and trying to pick up some information to help him with his decision. He picks up his cards, holds them out in front of him, squeezes them for a moment longer, then mucks.
That's the last hand of the level. Tran's prediction did not come to pass.
Normally, this post-level break would only last two minutes, however, we've been told that tournament director and emcee Robbie Thompson needs a couple of extra minutes to take care of some 'business.'
Play will resume momentarily.
