After Dale Morrow raised to 9,000 from the button, Mark Vos pushed all in for 39,400 from the small blind. Aaron Coulthard called all in from the big blind and Morrow got out of the way. The players showed:

Vos: {A-Clubs}{5-Spades}
Coulthard: {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}

Despite flopping a wheel draw and turning an open-ender, Vos missed the river and ended up with ace-high. He was left with just 7,800 in chips.

A few hands later, he came up short once more, again holding {A-Hearts}{5-Hearts} when he ran into the stronger {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}. Again, Vos got no help from the community cards and was sent home.
