Lindgren Takes Another Hit

From under the gun, Mike Matusow made it 90,000 to go. He found one customer, Erick Lindgren on the button. Matusow stood pat on the draw, while Lindgren took one card. After the draw, Matusow tapped the table. Behind him, Lindgren bet 140,000. Matusow sat forward in his seat and eyed Lindgren's stack. Finally he pushed 140,000 in the middle. Erick rapped the table, "Good call." Mike opened jack-high to win the pot.

"Yeah!" he shouted as he jumped out of his seat and pumped his fist.

Lindgren considered briefly and then made the call. Lisandro turned over a 9-6, good enough to win the pot.

Finally, some significant action. Erick Lindgren raised the button to 75,000. Barry Greenstein reraised from the small blind to 275,000, and Lindgren moved in for 561,000. Greenstein made the call. He drew one card; Lindgren stayed pat with a 9-7. Upon seeing Lindgren's hand, Greenstein squeezed out his cards but couldn't come up with a winner. He mucked.

Lindgren is back up to over a million in chips, while Greenstein drops to about 500,000.

Mike Matusow is starting to show a little flash. After Barry Greenstein raised to 70,000 and Jeff Lisandro called from the small blind, Matusow announced a reraise from the big blind to 270,000. That raise folded both Greenstein and Lisandro, winning Matusow the pot.

"I just turned into a Ferrari, boys. Better be careful," said Matusow.
