Phil Hellmuth Goes Out To Quads

With a stack over 10,000, Phil Hellmuth ended up with all his chips in the middle as he usually does--with the best of it. Phil turned over {K-Hearts} {K-Diamonds} and his opponent had {J-Clubs} {J-Diamonds}.

And then, the fireworks began.

The flop came {J-Hearts} {5-Hearts} {3-Hearts} and a collective "whoooo" went up from the table. One player pointed out that Phil had picked up a flush draw...and that's right about the time when the case Jack hit the turn.

You probably wouldn't take a hand like that with perfect aplomb, and Phil didn't either, sniping a bit about the call when he'd only shown down one hand at that table and that had been a set of Queens. But he shook everyone's hand, groused a bit more, and headed for the hall with "Whoo, I'm shaking!" as his exit line.
