2007 World Series of Poker
Event 11 - $5,000 Seven Card Stud
Day: 3
There are just nine players with six or more braclets: Johnny Chan (10), Doyle Brunson (10), Phil Hellmuth, Jr. (10), Johnny Moss (9), Billy Baxter (7), Erik Seidel (7), T.J. Cloutier (6), Jay Heimowitz (6), and Men 'The Master' Nguyen (6). Phil Ivey would like to add his name to that list this evening.
But there's much more to this final table than Phil Ivey -- it's stacked with top players. (Scroll down to read some quick bios.)

6th - $35,532

Theo Jorgensen (seat 1) - Jorgensen finished fouth in the recent Copenhagen EPT event, and already holds a title in seven card stud -- he won the European Seven Card Stud Championship back in 2004.
Marco Traniello (seat 2) - Traniello holds the record for most WSOP cashes since 2005, an impressive feat for a player once known only as "Jennifer Harman's husband." We are only one week into the Series, and this is already Traniello's second final table -- he finished ninth in Event #4 ($1,500 Pot-Limit Hold'em). Traniello has definitely come into his own as a top tournament player.
Ted Lawson (seat 3) - A seasoned veteran, Lawson has a WSOP bracelet from 2004 in $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha. He has started the year strong, and already has over $785,000 in winnings in 2007, and well over $1.4 million lifetime.
Phil Ivey (seat 4) - The youngest player to ever win five bracelets, he is often mentioned as one of the best players in the world. He is a regular in the Big Game at Bellagio, and single-handedly saved the "Corporation" of top players by winning over $10 million in a heads-up match against billionaire Andy Beal. The only thing missing from his resume is a WPT victory, but he has made a record seven WPT final tables.
Chris Reslock (seat 5) - Reslock has over $1 million in career tournament winnings, and he won a WSOP Circuit Championship in 2005.
David Oppenheim (seat 6) - A well-known Full Tilt pro, Oppenheim is a high-stakes cash game player looking for his first WSOP bracelet.
Pat Pezzin (seat 7) - Speaking of multiple cashes, this is the third cash of the Series for Pat Pezzin, who finished 21st in Event #1 ($5,000 Mixed Limit Hold'em) and 22nd in Event #5 ($2,500 Omaha/Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo). This is his first WSOP final table.
Oriane Teysseire (seat 8) - Teysseire is the third woman to make a final table this year, along with Meaghan Larivee (Event #3 - $500 Casino Employees $500 No-Limit Hold'em) and Annie Duke (Event #5 - $2,500 Omaha/Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo).
Action is scheduled to start at 3:00 pm PDT, so return to PokerNews.com at that time to follow all the action, live as it happens.
