Holz Makes Correct Call

Level 6 : 12,500/25,000, 2,500 ante

Fedor Holz opened to 50,000 on the button, and "AbuCobby" called in the big blind.

"AbuCobby" check-called a 43,725 continuation bet from Holz on the {3-Spades}{q-Hearts}{6-Spades} flop. Both players then checked the {a-Hearts} turn.

"AbuCobby" bet 72,584 on the {2-Hearts} river, and Holz thought it over for a few seconds, then made the call. Holz' {10-Spades}{10-Hearts} was the winner, as "AbuCobby" tabled {10-Clubs}{9-Hearts} for the ten-high bluff attempt.

Quads Over Top Boat for "TheoTA"

Level 4 : 8,000/16,000, 1,600 ante

Canadian Twitch streamer "TheoTA" vaulted into the chip lead just before the first break of the day after knocking out "the shrakher" with the big cooler.

"the shrakher" opened to 32,000 under the gun, and "TheoTA" flat called from the button.

The flop came {8-Spades}{j-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}, "the shrakher" bet 50,400, and "TheoTA" called.

"the shrakher" checked the {2-Spades} turn, "TheoTA" bet 58,528, "the shrakher" shoved for 499,543, and "TheoTA" called, with the opponent well covered.

"the shrakher": {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
"TheoTA" : {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

"TheoTA" held quad eights, leaving "the shrakher" drawing dead. The {q-Clubs} on the river brought in a full house for "the shrakher", but it still wasn't enough.
