That number will continue to climb as late registration is still open for the first two Levels of play today, until the start of Level 12.
Stephane Blouin-Verroeulst is the overall chip leader heading into Day 2, finishing Day 1 with 313,500 worth 157 big blinds going into Day 2. Blouin-Verroeulst is most closely followed by Seyed Hosseini (311,000) and Theodore Doukas (305,500) while Jeffrey Cormier (298,500) and Suren Chelian (249,000) round out the top five.
