The 2024 World Series of Poker Circuit Montreal continues here at Playground with the final day of the $400 Monster Stack. The second of 15 WSOP-C ring events attracted a field of 1,194 entrants to generate a prize pool of $233,310, to surpass the $200,000 guarantee. Only 107 hopefuls remain with their eyes set on the top prize of $40,000, and an elusive WSOPC circuit ring.

Micheal Hales comes into Day 2 with the overall chip lead, entering the day with 969,000 chips. Hales is most closely followed by Christian Benoit (866,000), and Jason Machado (794,000).
