The Big 25 was something special as it gave players a chance to win a coveted gold ring for just a $25 buy-in. Not only that, the event featured a $1 million guarantee, something almost unheard of for an event buy-in this low.

As it turned out, the $1 million guarantee was merely a placeholder as the event attracted a massive field of 61,546 entries during dozens of opening flights to generate a $1,415,558 prize pool.

The event was down to 6,767 players to start Day 2 and it just took a nudge over nine hours for "Raggaz" to win the ring along with the $145,994 top prize after besting "Muusik" (second - $109,466) in heads-up play.

Russia's "luckyboom1st" was also on the podium with a third-place performance worth $82,088 while Thomas "Flashguts513" Lee (eighth - $19,466) and Jeff "shortguy99" Giles were also at the final table with less success as they were the first two players eliminated.
