Welcome to Day 2 of the 2020 WSOP Circuit Marrakech 15,000 MAD (€1,400) Main Event at the Casino de Marrakech located in the heart of the luxurious Es Saadi Resort.
The two opening flights attracted a huge field of 625 entrants, breaking a record for this tournament in its seven-event history. A total of 175 players survived in hopes of advancing today to tomorrow's final day where they will have a chance to win the coveted gold ring and what promises to be a massive prize.
Morroco's Ayman Jarrar kicks off the day with the chip lead after bagging a massive stack of 351,000 on Day 1a. On his tail are France's Marius Conan (299,000), Morocco's Ghassane Ghebbi (263,000), Spain's TMV (249,000), and Bulgary's Elvira Malay (245,000).

Defending champion Phillip Huxley also enters today's action with a big stack of 204,000 as does Jerome Zerbib (192,000) and Bruno "Kool Shen" Lopes (186,000). PMU.fr, who is the online sponsor of the event, has two ambassadors advancing to today including Paul Guichard (130,000), Joffrey Lhote (74,000), and Erwann Pecheux (65,500)
Day 2 Structure
Day 2 is scheduled to feature 11 blind levels of an hour each. This could change at the tournament director's discretion. Payouts will be announced near the start of the day.
