Laffen Flips with Song

Level 13 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Marcus Laffen moved all in for his 33,000 stack and Stephen Song shoved over the top. The rest of the table folded and the two remaining tabled their hands.

Marcus Laffen: {k-Spades}{j-Spades}
Stephen Song: {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}

The board rolled out {a-Hearts}{6-Spades}{4-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} and Song's pair of nines took down the pot, eliminating Laffen from the event.

Armanavicius Sends Start of Day Chipleader to the Rail

Level 13 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Vijaya Madala
Vijaya Madala

Liutauras Armanavicius opened and Vijaya Madala three-bet to 12,500. Armanavicius four-bet to 33,000 and Madala called to see the {j-Hearts}{6-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop.

Armanavicius bet 20,000 and Madala quickly raised to 40,000. Armanavicius jammed his 170,000 stack into the middle and Madala called for less, putting himself at risk.

Vijaya Madala: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}
Liutauras Armanavicius: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}

The {2-Diamonds} turn and {10-Spades} river changed not a thing as Armanavicius took down the pot with his rockets, sending Madala and his cowboys out the door.
