Two Big Stacks Avoid Disaster

Level 10 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Gabriel Caballero made it 2,200 to go in middle position and Mihails Morozovs three-bet to 6,400 on his left. The action folded back to Caballero who made the call. Two of the big stacks at the table were heads-up on a flop of {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}{4-Spades}.

Caballero checked to Morozovs who bet 4,500 and Caballero check-raised to 12,500. Morozovs wasted no time before shoving all in for around 60,000 and Caballero was forced to fold. He showed {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} and Mark Kroon offered to buy Morozovs a beer if he showed. He complied and tabled {k-Spades}{k-Hearts} which had Caballero in trouble.
