Moreno Flushes Out Smith

Level 13 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

In a three-bet pot, Andrew Moreno and Lucas Smith went heads-up to the flop with around 30,000 in the middle. The dealer spread the flop of {q-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and Moreno checked to Smith who shoved all in. Moreno wasted little time calling off his stack of 41,000 and the cards were tabled.

Andrew Moreno: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}
Lucas Smith: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}

Moreno out-flopped Smith by hitting his queen for two pair. The {6-Diamonds} on the turn was no help to Smith and the {a-Diamonds} hit the river. For a brief moment, Smith thought he won after spiking an ace but quickly realized that Moreno made a flush in order to double up.
