Merson and Henson go to Battle

Level 6 : 200/400, 400 ante

Ray Henson raised it up from middle position and was called by Greg Merson in the small blind along with the big blind. The flop came {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{3-Clubs} and the blinds checked to Henson who bet 1,900. Merson called and the big blind got out of the way.

The {k-Spades} paired the board on the turn which slowed the action as both players tapped the table. The {a-Hearts} completed the board and Merson checked again. Henson opted to check it back and Merson tabled {a-Clubs}{j-Spades} which got Henson to muck his cards.
