Kroon's Top Pair Holds Up

Level 2 : 100/100, 100 ante

Mark Kroon opened to 200 from under the gun and Mark Bonsack three-bet to 400 in the cutoff. Daniel Yee called from the big blind and Kroon came along for the ride.

The flop came {9-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and Yee checked to Kroon who bet 700. Bonsack raised to 1,800 and found calls from both Yee and Kroon.

The {2-Hearts} landed on the turn and the action checked around to the {3-Diamonds} on the river. All three players knuckled the table again and Kroon was the first to turn over {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}. Both Bonsack and Yee slid their cards to the muck and Kroon collected the pot.
