Welcome To Day 1b of the $1,700 Main Event at Choctaw Casino Resort
The second and final starting flight of Event #11: $1,700 Main Event at the Choctaw Durant kicks-off at noon local time today. Day 1a pulled in a total of 389 runners but at the end of the day, only 63 survived.
Bagging the lead was Bill Burford, who ended the night with 474,500. He was spotted early in the day collecting chips and gained a considerable amount as play progressed throughout the night.
Following close behind Burford was Adam Hendrix (452,000), with Jainmin Xu (425,000), Nate Wheeler (396,000), and WSOP bracelet winner Kevin Eyster (395,000) rounding out the top fives stacks.
Day 1b Schedule
The second starting flight will be identical to its first as the day will end once fifteen 40-minute levels are completed. There will be a 15-minute break after every two hours of play with a 90-minute dinner break after level 9 (approximately 6:30 PM).
Once the final level is completed, all remaining players will bag up for the night and will combine with Day 1a players for Day 2 action on Sunday, November 10th at noon.
