Kitagawa Wins Five-Way Pot on Turn

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Michael Lin opened to 11,000 from middle position and received calls from Kelly Minkin in the hijack, Kyle Kitagawa on the button, and both blinds in Jeffrey Griffiths and Kelsey Hendricks.

The flop came {9-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} and action checked to Lin, who made a continuation-bet of 15,500. Only Kitagawa stuck around to take action heads up to the turn {9-Hearts}. Lin checked and Kitagawa bet 32,000.

"That's a bluff," said Lin fairly quickly. "But maybe you're bluffing with the better hand," he added, taking a few more moments to send his hand to the muck, resulting in a won pot for Kitagawa.
