Lewis Loses to Lech

Michael Lech just won a big hand against Romain Lewis and they were both kind enough to tell us what had happened.
Lewis raised to 1,500 from the lowjack and Lech called from the hijack. The players in the cutoff and the big blind also called.
The flop came with the 
with two spades, big blind checked and so did we. The cutoff bet 2,700, the big blind folded, Lewis raised to 9,000, Lech called, the cutoff folded.
They both checked through the

on the river. Lewis thought it was a good spot to bet 25,000 as he held kings. Lech called with aces.
"It seemed a good spot to do that" Lewis said. Lech agreed it would be... normally.
