Keijzer Eliminated

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Ronald Keijzer
Ronald Keijzer

Ronald Keijzer moved all in from early position for about 42,000. Michal Mrakes moved all in himself as well for about 45,000. The rest of the players folded and they went to showdown.

Ronald Keijzer: {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}
Michal Mrakes: {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}

It was a tough task for Keijzer to win the hand and it was even harder after the {10-Spades}{2-Clubs}{A-Diamonds} flop came down. The turn was the {K-Spades} and the {7-Hearts} river ended Keijzer his run in the High Roller.

Alex van der Werf
Alex van der Werf

Alex van der Werf managed to get value against Bryan van Rijsbergen yesterday while he hit runner-runner quads. This time around it is Firoz Mangroe who hit runner-runner quads.

The board was reading {10-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} and Van der Werf his bet was called by Mangroe. It went all in on the {Q-Diamonds} turn and Van der Werf needed to hold on to his lead with {A-Spades}{J-Clubs} against the {Q-Spades}{J-Diamonds} of Mangroe.

Unfortunately for Van der Werf there was the case queen on the river. The {Q-Hearts} completed the board and Van der Werf was sent to the rail.

Gieles Keeps Chipping Up

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante
Luuk Gieles
Luuk Gieles

Luuk Gieles is doing a lot better than his brother, who busted out in the previous level.

The board was already {10-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and Gieles was facing a 12,000 bet from Hakim Zoufri. Gieles ended up calling to see the {K-Clubs} river complete the board.

After Gieles checked he saw Zoufri fire out a bet of 16,500. Gieles took his time to think about the decision and after asking for confirmation if the bet was indeed 16,500 he called by tossing in a 1,000 chip.

Zoufri opened up {A-Clubs}{7-Spades} and Gieles won the pot with {Q-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}.

Gieles and Tjauw Foe Chop

Level 13 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Everybody folded until the action was on Luuk Gieles in the small blind. He limped, but big blind Clyde Tjauw Foe didn't agree and he made it 8,000. Gieles called.

The flop was {7-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts} and both players checked. They also checked on the {3-Spades} turn to see the {7-Hearts} river. Gieles checked again and Tjauw Foe bet 6,000. Gieles ended up calling and both players chopped up the pot after Tjauw Foe showed {K-Spades}{10-Hearts} and Gieles showed {K-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}.

Pim Gieles entered the tournament today and he looked like had a good start, but he has been eliminated from the tournament.
