With around 6,000 in the middle and the board reading {5-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}, the action was checked to Jeff Lisandro in middle position. He fired 2,700, forcing the big blind to fold but Fabian Gumz check-raised to 7,100. Lisandro made the call and the {4-Clubs} hit the turn.

Gumz pushed all-in, having Lisandro covered and putting him to the test. Lisandro thought for a moment and then reached over to feel Gumz's pulse. "It feels like you're having a stroke," Lisandro said and then quickly called.

Gumz turned over {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} and was surprisingly ahead of Lisandro's {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}. The river landed the {6-Diamonds} and Gumz's ace-king high took down the pot, eliminating Lisandro on Day 1A.
