Action folded around to the player on the button who made it 450 to go. Everett Carlton peeked at his cards in the big blind and then pushed out a three-bet to 1,225. His opponent on the button called and the two took in a flop.
The dealer fanned 
on the felt and Carlton continued for 925. His opponent came right over the top for 2,500, but that did not dissuade Carlton who paused briefly before making it 4,325 to go.
His opponent came right back over the top with a four-bet to 6,500 and Carlton flat called.
