Coming into the final table today, the biggest story was Erik Roussakis, who improbably had made back-to-back final Main Event Final Tables. Roussakis finished 5th at Rincon last month, and he was hoping to beat that today, but he will have to settle for 9th.
Action started with Baptiste Chavaillaz raising it up to 70,000. Eric Varela called in the small blind, and Roussakis came along in the big blind. Both blinds checked on a flop, and Chavaillaz c-bet to 130,000. Varela called, and when action got to Roussakis, he quickly moved all in. It took Chavaillaz about 1.2 seconds to shove his chip leader stack in, and Varela got out of the way.
