A Kick To The Bonsack

Mark Bonsack opened to 5,100 from early position and Braden Hall three-bet to 14,500 from two seats over. The rest of the table released their cards and Bonsack slid out a four-bet to 35,100. After shuffling chips for a bit, Hall shrugged the tossed out a call.

The flop was {7-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Bonsack wasted no time shipping all in for 81,200. Hall then went into the tank for well over two minutes.

"I know you're not going to call," said Bonsack to his opponent.

Much to the chagrin of Bonsack, however, Hall announced a call and showed {J-Spades}{J-Clubs}. Bonsack turned over {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds} for merely ace-high and was in need of some help.

Fourth street was the {2-Hearts} and the {Q-Spades} completed the board, ensuring Bonsack's elimination from this tournament. With this win Hall is now sitting on about 190,000 in chips.
