MacKinnon's Kings Can't Hold; Panzica Almost Triples
The player under the gun opened to 1,500 and it folded around to DJ MacKinnon who called from late position. Sam Panzica then three-bet to 5,000 from the cutoff. Aaron Overton peeked at his hand from the button and moved out a four-bet to 10,000. The original raiser folded and it was back on MacKinnon who five-bet shoved for over 15,000 total. Panzica then moved all in over the top for a bit more and Overton called them both.

Panzica struck gold when the flop fell, giving him a set of jacks and the best hand. His set held as the turned and the rivered, securing him an almost triple up. MacKinnon, on the other hand, was forced to the rail as his kings were unable to hold up as the best hand. He informed us that he would be back to play for the second starting flight.
