Up and Down Table For Vornicu
Recent ring winner Valentin Vornicu ran over his starting table, on his way to over 80,000 when his table broke. Since then, it has been a roller coaster for Vornicu, who is seeing alot of action today.
Vornicu put his chips right to work, building up a giant pot early with table mate Paul Hendee, who was dubbed the "White Dwyte" earlier when Dwyte Pilgram was at the table. The board read , and Vornicu and Hendee got in a raising war. When we arrived, Vornicu had a raise of 11,000 in front of him, but Hendee had already raised it up himself to 22,000. Hendee then began needling Vornicu.
"Come on man." "You know you are folding." "This isn't your table this is ours." "Hurry up man make your move I've already made mine." These were just a few of the gems that Hendee said during the minute long tank. Eventually, Vornicu released his hand.
Just now, we saw Vornicu in another big confrontation, this time with another player at the table. There was 6,000 in the middle when we saw the flop come down . Vornicu bet out 1,200, and his opponent moved all in for about 8,000 total. Vornicu tanked for a couple minutes, and Hendee got back involved, calling the clock on Vornicu. The floor came over to administer the clock, but it only took about five seconds for Vornicu to make the call.
