Big Bet Confuses Frangos

There seems to be an interesting case of "betting way more then the pot" going around in the room. We already told you about Kyle Bowker busting after his opponent bet 13,000 on the river with 2,000 in the pot, and we just saw a similar bet be made on Nick Frangos
This time, Frangos raised to 550 preflop, and found a call from the hijack and the big blind. The flop came down 
, and the big blind checked to Frangos, who fired out 625. The hijack didn't take long to announce "raise" and threw out a grey T5,000 chip. The big blind quickly folded, and Frangos flashed a confused look at his opponent, before folding after 30 seconds of thought.
After that hand, Frangos is down to 9,500.
