Tug of War
The last few passes of the button have gone by without too much change in the chip counts.
Charles Moore gained a little ground by winning three pots in a row. The first one was a three-bet to 510,000 behind a Scott Stanko raise of 110,000. Stanko folded that one, and he folded the next hand to Moore's open-raise of 190,000. On the third hand of the series, Moore check-called a bet on the flop of a board, then bet the river after the turn checked through. A stab of 225,000 was enough to get the job done.
Stanko pulled a bit of momentum back to his corner thereafter, though. Moore limped into a pot from his button, and Stanko raised to 140,000. Moore called again, then called another 175,000 on the flop. The hit the turn, and he'd be forced to fold for another 400,000.
