An Unreasonable Clock Call

Three limpers entered the pot and then Kurt Jewell raised 550 more from the big blind. Lee Cee and Huy Nguyen called to see the flop fall

Jewell leaned back in his chair and thought for a few moments. After a short time Cee called for a clock on Jewell and the dealer was reluctant to call the floor. Cee insisted and the floor was called. A floorman came to the table and the dealer said the clock was called, but not after a reasonable amount of time.
The floorman trusted his dealer and said to call him back if Jewell took longer than a reasonable amount of time. Jewell sat motionless for a few more moments and then pushed his cards to the dealer.
