Vo Nearly Doubles, Earns Penalty

We found Daniel Lowery and Viet Vo heads up in a pot at the turn. The board read 
, Lowery checked and Vo bet 20,000. Lowery put out a tall stack of grey T5,000 chips which looked to be enough to put Vo all in.
Vo tossed his chips in and turned up his hand. Lowery then turned up his hand and the dealer put out the 
river. They stacks were counted and Lowery had actually bet 75,000 and wasn't enough to cover Vo.
Vo took the hand and then received an orbit penalty for exposing his cards.
